Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

Draft — pending legal review. These terms describe how the service actually operates, but they have not been reviewed by a lawyer.

Using the service

You need an account to use Conduit. You are responsible for what happens under it, and for keeping your password to yourself.

Messaging rules

Messaging carries legal obligations, and they are yours, not ours:

  • Only message people who have agreed to hear from you. Unsolicited messages are unlawful in most places.
  • Honour opt-outs immediately and permanently.
  • Identify your business in the message.
  • Carrier rules on registration and message content apply to you. We will tell you what is required; meeting it is your responsibility.

We will suspend an account that sends spam or is used to harass people.

Your data

Your business data stays yours. We store and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it or delete it at any time.

Availability and price

The free tier is free while it exists. Paid tiers are month to month, and we will give notice before a price change affects you. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for losses caused by an outage.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like, for any reason. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other customers at risk.
