Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and a password stored only as a hash that we cannot read.
- Business data: the contacts, lists, notes and message history you enter or connect. This is yours. We store it so the product works.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request information, retained by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- We do not use your message content to train models.
- We do not read your conversations for advertising purposes.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Who processes it
We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it
Your business data stays for as long as your account is open, so that your message history is there when you need it. If you close your account we delete it, and you can export it first. Backups roll off within thirty days.
Your rights
You can export everything we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@conduitforbusiness.com and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason.
